Join us for this 2-hour Stretch Therapy masterclass to learn some essential principles and self-care methods to help you release tension and restore freedom of movement through your hips.
This class will explore a range of different techniques to help you improve your awareness of any restrictions in your body, release habitual tension patterns, and build strength & control through a full range of motion.
If your hips aren’t mobile then the rest of your body will find a way to compensate, often contributing to pain and discomfort in other areas such as your lower back, knees and feet. It’s all connected.
Some of the topics that will covered at the workshop include:
Principles and techniques of effective stretching
Common patterns of tension and compensatory effects
Partner-assistance for a deeper stretching experience
Mobility and strength through a full range of motion
This class is suitable for everyone from completely new students through to experienced students wanting to go a little deeper into their practice.
