I'm Craig the founder of Stretch Therapy Sessions.
In 2015, I founded Brisbane Stretch Therapy to offer stretching & flexibility classes, workshops and private sessions to students in and around the Brisbane region in QLD Australia.
In 2017, my family and I moved north to the beautiful Sunshine Coast and Stretch Therapy Sessions was born.
I've been an active Stretch Therapy student since 2011 when I was searching for a solution to my chronic lower back pain and wanted to regain the effortless and pain free movement I enjoyed in my younger years.
The immense value of the Stretch Therapy system was immediately obvious and after using what I had learnt to successfully overcome my own back pain, my passion turned to sharing this information with others, to empower people to take control of their own bodies and live an enjoyable and pain free life!
I've been fortunate to have trained extensively with Kit Laughlin, the founder of Stretch Therapy, attending all of the workshops on offer. I've also studied under some of the best teachers from around the world on topics such as holistic bodywork, stretching & flexibility, anatomy, gymnastic strength training, kettlebell strength training, natural movement, hand balancing, tension release, meditation and pain management.
Along the way I’ve become a qualified Stretch Therapy Teacher, Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist and Personal Trainer.
With all of the knowledge and experience I've gained along the way, I personally find myself right back to where I started, with a humble stretching and relaxation practice forming the base for my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
