If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website.

Payment information — Private sessions

Full payment is required at the time of your scheduled appointment.

Cash, credit card, EFTPOS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other NFC payments accepted.

Cancellation policy — Private sessions

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum 24 hours notice.

If you do not provide 24 hours notice of cancellation, or you simply miss your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount which must be paid in full prior to booking your next appointment.

Emergency cancellations may be determined at the therapist's discretion.

Terms & conditions — classes, workshops & events

Classes, workshops and events will be confirmed in advance based on minimum numbers.

A full refund will be given if the class, workshop or event is cancelled.

Participants can withdraw up to the confirmation date for a full refund (minus a $20 cancellation fee).

No refunds are given if participants withdraw after the confirmation date.

Attendance may be transferred to another person at no cost.

Registration is confirmed with full payment only.

Liability waiver and release

The health and fitness information presented on this website is intended as an educational resource and is not intended as a substitute for proper medical advice. Please consult your physician or physical therapist before performing any of the exercises described on this website, particularly if you are pregnant, elderly or have any chronic or recurring muscle or joint pain.

You understand that Stretch Therapy is a physical movement based practice to facilitate improving flexibility, building strength and the relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor.

You assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.

You understand that Stretch Therapy is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Stretch Therapy is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By signing, you affirm that a licensed physician has verified your good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program, if required. In addition, you will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If you are pregnant, become pregnant or you are post-natal or post-surgical, your agreement to these terms verifies that you have your physician’s approval to participate.

You also affirm that you alone am responsible to decide whether to practice Stretch Therapy and participation is at your own risk. You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Stretch Therapy Sessions and all related facilities and premises for any personal injury or negligence. Additionally, the facility, instructor and Stretch Therapy Sessions are not in any way responsible for any loss or damage of your personal property.

If you are under 18 years of age you must have a parent or guardian agree to these terms and conditions.

If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.

You have carefully read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement.

You are agreeing to these terms voluntarily and recognise that accessing this website serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and that it cannot be changed orally.

Updates to terms of service

These terms of service may be updated from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Please see the last update date at the top of this page.
