A 2-hour Stretch Therapy masterclass designed to share essential principles and self-care methods to help you restore your own freedom of movement.
This session is focused on improving your ability to bend forward, so whether you simply want to touch your toes again or you're an athlete that requires exceptional levels of flexibility there will be something in the session for you.
You will gain an increased awareness of your own unique patterns of tension and learn effective methods to help you:
- Release unnecessary tension
- Improve range of motion
- Build strength & stability
- Alleviate common aches and pains
To bend forward the entire posterior chain has to lengthen and allow the movement to happen. If anything along this long chain of interconnected muscle and fascia is locked up then the entire movement will feel restricted.
Come and join us as we explore some stretching and mobility exercises to help you open up this chain of muscles from your calves, hamstrings, glutes and everything else required to restore some freedom of movement!
