A 2-hour Stretch Therapy masterclass designed to share essential principles and self-care methods to help you restore your own freedom of movement.
This session is focused on helping you to restore full, pain-free movement in your hips, so whether you simply have tight hips from spending too much time sitting or you're an athlete looking for new tools to aid your training and recovery, then there'll be something in this session for you!
You will gain an increased awareness of your own unique patterns of tension and learn effective methods to help you:
- Release unnecessary tension
- Improve range of motion
- Build strength & stability
- Alleviate common aches and pains
If your hips aren’t both mobile and strong then the rest of your body will find a way to compensate, often resulting in pain or discomfort in other areas such as your lower back and knees.
