Join us for a special 3-hour interactive and educational Stretch Therapy workshop where we'll explore these key areas of the body with a combination of stretching, movement and strength so that you’ll have some self-care tools to keep your body feeling it’s best.

Please bring a water bottle and towel as all other equipment will be provided. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
